AC 1200 Series is a water-based acrylic roof coating for smooth and granulated BUR and modified bitumen, metal, single-ply, concrete, SPF and rigid cover boards; it is not intended for areas of ponding water. It is applied at 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet (24 wet mils) by airless spray, with 53 percent solids by volume and VOC under 50 grams per liter, in white, reflective tan, light gray, dark gray and Santa Fe tan. It is sold in 5, 50 and 250 gallon containers and is accepted under Miami-Dade NOA 25-1118.01 to ASTM D6083. The data sheet notes a 10-year labor and material warranty arranged through the maker's roofing specialists.
