Polysand Roman Tile is a mid-profile composite tile that replicates clay/Roman roof tile, measuring 12 1/4 inches by 15 3/8 inches, 2.9 lb per piece, with a 1 3/4-inch wave height, laid with a 3-inch headlap (100 tiles per 100-square-foot square). Rated to withstand a temperature range of -60C to +50C, passed a wind uplift test to TAS 125 / UL 580 Class 90 (combined load of 359.5 psf), and passed an ASTM E108 Class A fire test with approved underlayment. Backed by a 50-year transferable limited material warranty.
