WB-3000 is a low-VOC, water-based acrylic primer that improves adhesion of self-adhered roof membranes to porous and non-porous substrates such as masonry, metal, asphalt, wood, plywood and gypsum boards, and also primes for acrylic elastomeric products. The data sheet lists a VOC under 100 g/L, FORTIFIED Roof compliant, Florida Building Code and Miami-Dade County approval. Its product warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in the material not meeting product specifications for 12 months.
