Polytack CA is a low-VOC, quick-drying, solvent-based high-tack contact adhesive formulated to improve adhesion of self-adhered membranes where adhesion is difficult. It is listed for vertical applications at normal and low temperatures down to 14 F over concrete, concrete masonry units, wood, metal and glass-mat gypsum sheathing. The data sheet gives a VOC of 226 g/L and adhesion to concrete above 20 lb per linear inch by ASTM D6511, and the product comes in blue in 5 gallon pails. It carries a 12 month product warranty against manufacturing defects.
