Polystick P HT is a carrierless self-adhered high-temperature underlayment with a UV-resistant polyolefin composite top film with Hi-Tread slip-resistant coating over a high-temperature SBS adhesive compound and a siliconized split-release paper. It is designed for steel and aluminum roof panels and is also approved under asphalt shingles and other roof coverings, with up to 180 days of exposure. The data sheet lists a nominal 40 mil thickness, 66 ft 7 in by 36 in rolls covering about 180 sq ft, and ASTM D1970, UL Classified, ICC ESR-1697, FORTIFIED Roof compliant and Texas Department of Insurance; its ASTM E108/UL 790 Class A listing applies only when installed under Class A asphalt shingles. Its product disclaimer warrants against manufacturing defects that directly result in leakage for 1 year.
