PolyPlus 50 is a trowel-grade modified roof cement for SBS and other membrane systems that can be applied in wet, damp or underwater conditions, used for flashing details, attaching membrane on steep slopes and parapets, emergency repair, and work on shingles, BUR and concrete. The data sheet lists ASTM D4586 Type I, ASTM D3409 for damp, wet or underwater surfaces and Miami-Dade County approval, with a VOC under 250 g/L. Its product warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in the material not meeting product specifications for 12 months.
