PolyPlus 35 is a cold-applied bonding adhesive for modified bitumen membranes over approved substrates such as structural concrete decks and existing smooth-surface asphalt roofs, also suited to APP sand-backed membranes. It is not recommended for thermoplastic or thermoset membranes, and the data sheet says it is fully cured after 30 days. It lists ASTM D3019 Type III, Florida Building Code and Miami-Dade County approval, with a VOC under 300 g/L.
