Polyglass's highly reflective white APP (Atactic Polypropylene) granulated cap sheet (Type II) with fire-retardant additives for low-slope roofing, built with a high-performance non-woven polyester reinforcement for flexibility, dimensional stability, and tear/puncture resistance, and a burn-off film bottom surface for heat welding. Featuring Polyglass's CURE Technology reflective granule surface, it is rated for a Solar Reflectance Index of 96 initial / 82 aged, meets or exceeds most cool-roofing standards, and can be used to comply with 2016 California Title 24 Part 6 cool-roof requirements as part of a Polyglass warranted multi-ply system combined with Polyflex or other approved Polyglass base sheets. No UL 790/ASTM E108 roof covering class is stated on the product page or data sheet despite the "FR" fire-retardant naming; fire classification is assembly-dependent.
