Polyflash 1PS is a one-component, solvent- and isocyanate-free polyether pourable sealer with semi-self-leveling properties that cures with moisture, used at roof penetrations with the Polyflash Curb Kit, pitch pans, metal roof seams, fasteners and gutters, in wet, dry or cold conditions. The data sheet lists 100 percent solids, a VOC of 18 g/L, Federal Specification TT-S-00230-C Type II Class B and Corps of Engineers CRD-C-541 Type II Class B. Its product warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in the material not meeting product specifications for 12 months.
