Polyflash 1C is a one-component, moisture-cure, silane-modified polyurethane white liquid flashing compound for walls, curbs, vents, drains, pitch pans and irregular penetrations, used with PolyBrite Reinforcing Polyester on asphaltic, APP, SBS and BUR roof systems. The data sheet lists Miami-Dade County approval and a VOC under 120 g/L. Its product warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in the material not meeting product specifications for 12 months.
