PolyBrite QS is a water-based acrylic elastomeric roof coating made with quick-set polymers for early resistance to rain and heavy dew, curing to a seamless flexible membrane. The data sheet lists SRI values of 109 initial and 98 aged on smooth surfaces and 100 initial and 83 aged on rough surfaces, ASTM D6083, UL Classified (file R14571), Title 24 and CRRC listing for white only, Texas Department of Insurance, Florida Building Code and Miami-Dade County, with a VOC under 50 g/L. Its product warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in the material not meeting product specifications for 12 months.
