PolyBrite 98 is a water-based, one-part primer and bleed blocker that improves adhesion of PolyBrite silicone roof coatings to granulated modified bitumen, wood and masonry. The data sheet lists a VOC under 10 g/L and Texas Department of Insurance, Florida Building Code and Miami-Dade County approval. Its product warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in the material not meeting product specifications for 12 months.
