PolyBrite 95.1 is a ready-to-use, solvent-borne, moisture-cure silicone roof coating in white or tinted colors that cures to a seamless membrane over smooth BUR, granulated cap sheets, acrylic coatings, concrete, metal, spray polyurethane foam and various single-ply membranes. The data sheet lists an SRI of 110 initial and 90 aged, ASTM D6694, UL Classified (file R14571), FM Approved, Title 24 and CRRC listing for white only and NSF Protocol P151, with a VOC under 250 g/L. Its product warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in the material not meeting product specifications for 12 months.
