PolyBrite 93 is a silicone flashing compound for flashings, seams and through-roof penetrations within Polyglass silicone coating systems, including vertical work such as parapets. It goes over BUR, smooth and granulated modified bitumen (primer may be needed), wood, concrete and most metal roofs. The data sheet lists Miami-Dade County and Florida Building Code approval and a VOC under 50 g/L. Its product warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in the material not meeting product specifications for 12 months.
