PolyBrite 780 is a black water-based epoxy primer and sealer that increases the bond of spray polyurethane foam and protective coatings to roofing substrates such as smooth modified bitumen and built-up roofs, wood, concrete and metals. It is used as a primer beneath sprayed-in-place polyurethane foam roofing such as Polyglass PolyPUF. The data sheet lists a VOC under 30 g/L. Its product warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in the material not meeting product specifications for 12 months.
