PolyBrite 78 Rinseable EPDM Primer is a low-viscosity sprayable liquid used to pre-treat an EPDM roof membrane before power washing and coating, to promote adhesion of the elastomeric coating. It is a neutral-pH, non-corrosive formulation, and the data sheet lists a VOC under 5 g/L.
