PolyBrite 77 is a white SEBS thermoplastic rubber coating and mastic for sealing screw heads, fasteners and horizontal and vertical seams on metal roofs, also usable over concrete and aged TPO. The data sheet lists Florida Building Code and a VOC under 510 g/L. Its product warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in the material not meeting product specifications for 12 months.
