PolyBrite 75 is a high-tensile, water-based 100 percent acrylic elastomeric roof coating used as a base or surface coat, approved over BUR, sprayed polyurethane foam, most metal roofs, modified bitumen and concrete. The data sheet lists SRI values of 109 initial and 98 aged on smooth surfaces and 102 initial and 100 aged on rough surfaces, ASTM D6083 Type I and Type II, UL Classified (file R14571), FM Approved, ICC ESR-4038, Title 24 and CRRC listing for white only, Texas Department of Insurance, Florida Building Code and Miami-Dade County, with a VOC under 50 g/L. Its product warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in the material not meeting product specifications for 12 months.
