PolyBrite 71-HS is a high-solids, water-based 100 percent acrylic elastomeric roof coating that cures to a seamless fluid-applied roof membrane, used as a base or surface coat with bleed-through resistance. The data sheet lists SRI values of 109 initial and 97 aged on smooth surfaces and 104 initial and 101 aged on rough surfaces, ASTM D6083 Type II, UL Classified (file R14571), FM Approved, ICC ESR-4038, Title 24 and CRRC listing for white only, Texas Department of Insurance, Florida Building Code and Miami-Dade County, with a VOC under 20 g/L. Its product warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in the material not meeting product specifications for 12 months.
