PolyBrite 70 is a 100% acrylic, premium grade water-based elastomeric roof coating that cures to a seamless membrane, meant to lower roof temperatures, extend roof life and protect against UV and weather on roof membranes with smooth or mineral surfacing, sprayed polyurethane foam, most metal roofs, single-ply membranes, concrete, exterior plywood and rigid cover boards, and on stucco, EIFS and masonry walls; a quick-set PolyBrite 70-QS is also offered. It is applied by spray, roller or brush, comes in 4.75 gallon pails, 50 gallon drums and 275 gallon totes in standard White and Kool Grey, and lists low VOC content with fungal and algal resistance. The data sheet says it meets or exceeds ASTM D6083-18 Type I and Type II and lists FM approval (white only), ICC ESR-4038, 2016 Title 24 Part 6 cool roof use (white only), CRRC listing (white only; rated product 0616-0006, solar reflectance 0.87 initial and 0.75 aged, thermal emittance 0.90), Texas Department of Insurance, Florida Building Code, Miami-Dade County product control and California State Fire Marshal listing.
