PolyBrite 35 CA is a high-tensile, water-based 100 percent acrylic elastomeric roof coating for hot, dry climates, used as a base or top coat and adhering to sprayed polyurethane foam and other roofing substrates. The data sheet lists an SRI of 109 initial and 98 aged, ASTM D6083 Type I and Type II, UL Classified (file R14571), FM Approved, ICC ESR-4038, and Title 24 and CRRC listing for white only, with a VOC under 50 g/L. Its product warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in the material not meeting product specifications for 12 months.
