PolyBrite 31 CB (Climate Barrier) is a water-based styrene acrylic elastomeric roof coating formulated for hot, dry climates that cures to a seamless reflective barrier over approved roofing substrates. It is listed for smooth and granulated BUR, granulated polymer modified membranes, most metal roofs, PVC single-ply (primer may be required), concrete and rigid cover boards, and is used in the Stick N' Coat system for ASHRAE 90.1 climate zones 1b and 2b. The data sheet gives an initial solar reflectance of 0.87, thermal emittance of 0.90 and SRI of 110, lists ASTM D4798, D1653 and G21 test results, and shows Title 24 and CRRC listing as pending for white. It comes in white, Kool Grey and tan in pails, drums and totes, with a 12 month product warranty against manufacturing defects.
