PolyBrite 25 is a high-viscosity, roller-grade, water-based styrene acrylic elastomeric roof coating that cures to a seamless membrane and is reflective when applied in white. The data sheet lists an SRI of 108 initial and 88 aged, CRRC listing and California Title 24 Section 110.8(i)4 compliance for white only, and a VOC under 50 g/L. Its product warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in the material not meeting product specifications for 12 months.
