PolyBrite 24 is a water-based elastomeric roof coating that cures to a seamless membrane over the whole roof, used on smooth and granulated BUR, granulated modified bitumen, most metal roofs, PVC single-ply (primer may be needed), concrete and rigid cover boards. The data sheet lists an SRI of 104 initial and 85 aged, CRRC listing for white only, and a VOC under 50 g/L. Its product warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in the material not meeting product specifications for 12 months.
