PolyBrite 23 is a roller-grade, water-based grey styrene acrylic base coating that cures to a seamless membrane. It is used over BUR and granulated modified bitumen, most metal roofs, PVC single-ply, concrete, exterior plywood and most rigid cover boards, with some substrates needing extra preparation. The data sheet lists a VOC under 50 g/L. Its product warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in the material not meeting product specifications for 12 months.
