Polybase V is an APP modified bitumen base or interply membrane reinforced with a fiberglass mat, film surfaced on both sides (product code PG20PP). It is mechanically fastened or heat welded as a base or interply sheet in multi-ply low-slope assemblies and needs a compatible additional membrane to complete the system. The data sheet lists a nominal 80 mil thickness, 65 ft 8 in by 39-3/8 in rolls, and ASTM D6509, Florida Building Code, Miami-Dade County and Texas Department of Insurance listings. Its product disclaimer warrants against manufacturing defects that directly result in leakage for 2 years.
