Polyanchor HV is a nailable bituminous anchor sheet with a fiberglass mat (Duofix Technology) for temporary protection of steep-slope roofs in high-wind areas. Its top surface is made as a bonding surface for Polystick self-adhered underlayments, mainly Polystick TU PLUS or TU MAX under clay and concrete tile, and it is also suitable under asphalt shingles. The data sheet lists a nominal 40 mil thickness, 65 ft 8 in by 39-3/8 in rolls covering about 200 sq ft, and ASTM D6757, ASTM D226 Type II and ASTM D4869 performance, UL Classified, FORTIFIED Roof compliant, Florida Building Code and Miami-Dade County listings. Its product disclaimer warrants against manufacturing defects that directly result in leakage for 1 year.
