Polyanchor HU PLUS is a mechanically attached hybrid roof underlayment with reinforced fabric facers bonded to a premium modified bitumen core (Tri-Strata Technology), the core making up over 80 percent of the product. It is made for steep-slope roofs and more demanding deck conditions and supports up to 180 days of UV exposure. The data sheet lists a nominal 52 mil thickness, 98 ft by 39-3/8 in rolls covering about 295 sq ft, and references ASTM D226, ASTM D4869 and ASTM D1970 nail sealability. Its product disclaimer warrants against manufacturing defects that directly result in leakage for 1 year.
