PG 700 is a water-based elastomeric roof coating in white or tinted colors that cures to a seamless membrane over smooth and granulated BUR, polymer ply membranes, concrete, exterior plywood, rigid cover boards and spray polyurethane foam. The data sheet lists ASTM D6083 Type I and Type II, ICC ESR-4038, CRRC listing and Title 24 Part 6 cool roof use for white only, Texas Department of Insurance, Florida Building Code and Miami-Dade County approval, with a VOC under 50 g/L.
