PG 600 is an aluminum roof coating whose flakes leaf to the surface to form a reflective metallic layer over asphalt-based roofs and most metal roofs, made to be compatible with Polyglass membranes. It goes over new or existing APP or SBS smooth or mineral cap sheets, asphalt built-up roofs and flashings. The data sheet lists ASTM D2824 Aluminum Roof Coating Type I, Texas Department of Insurance, Florida Building Code and Miami-Dade County approval, with a VOC under 500 g/L. Its product warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in the material not meeting product specifications for 12 months.
