PG 500 is a trowel-grade modified cement used as a cold-applied bonding agent for SBS roofing and other membrane systems, for setting SBS flashing at parapets, curbs and penetrations, sealing SBS lap seams and edges, and waterproofing repairs. The data sheet lists ASTM D4586 Type I, ASTM D3409 Class I and Class II for adhesion to wet surfaces, Florida Building Code and Miami-Dade County approval, with a VOC under 250 g/L. Its product warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in the material not meeting product specifications for 12 months.
