PG 450 is a trowel-grade, cold-applied asphalt flashing cement for non-polymer-modified roof membranes, also used to repair flashings, shingles, built-up roofs, metal and masonry and to seal leaks at chimneys, vents, skylights and gutters. The data sheet lists ASTM D4586 Type I and Miami-Dade County approval, with a VOC under 250 g/L. Its product warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in the material not meeting product specifications for 12 months.
