PG 400 is a trowel-grade, general purpose asphalt roof cement for cold-applied sealing and repair of non-polymer-modified roof membranes, flashings, asphalt shingles, built-up roofs, metal and masonry. It is used at flashings, moving joints and roof penetrations. The data sheet lists ASTM D4586 Type I, Florida Building Code and Miami-Dade County approval, with a VOC under 250 g/L. Its product warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in the material not meeting product specifications for 12 months.
