PG 300 is a contractor-grade, non-polymer-modified asphalt roof coating for smooth-surface BUR, polymer-modified bitumen and roll roofing, and an adhesive for mineral granules and organic roll roofing; the data sheet presents it as an alternative to hot asphalt for flooding existing asphalt BUR. It is not for thermoplastic or thermoset membranes. It lists ASTM D3019 Type I, ASTM D4479 Type I and Miami-Dade County approval, with a VOC under 250 g/L. Its product warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in the material not meeting product specifications for 12 months.
