Modifleece is a fleece-backed SBS modified bitumen base sheet for multi-ply low-slope roofs, with a polyester fleece bottom laminated to a dual compound and self-adhered side laps under a release film. It is set in Polyglass low-rise foam adhesive in a spatter pattern, suits lightweight insulating concrete and re-cover over existing modified bitumen, and its film top takes Polyglass self-adhered or torched membranes. The data sheet lists a nominal 100 mil thickness, 49 ft 3 in by 39-3/8 in rolls covering about 150 sq ft, and ASTM D4601 Type II, UL Classified and Florida Building Code. Its product disclaimer warrants against manufacturing defects that directly result in leakage for 2 years.
