Elastoflex V is an SBS modified bitumen base sheet reinforced with a fiberglass mat, with a sand or film top and a burn-off film bottom. It can be mechanically attached, hot-mopped, heat welded or used in cold-applied systems, and with a film top it can serve as the base in self-adhered systems; it pairs with Elastoflex V G cap sheets. The data sheet lists a nominal 120 mil thickness, 32 ft 10 in by 39-3/8 in rolls covering about 100 sq ft, and ASTM D6163 Type I, UL Classified, FM Approved, ICC ESR-2018, Florida Building Code, Miami-Dade County and Texas Department of Insurance listings. Its product disclaimer warrants against manufacturing defects that directly result in leakage for 2 years.
