Elastoflex V 22 is an SBS modified bitumen base sheet reinforced with a fiberglass mat, with sand or burn-off film available on both top and bottom. It can be mechanically attached, hot-mopped, heat welded or used in cold-applied systems, and with a film top it can serve as the base in self-adhered systems. The data sheet lists a nominal 90 mil thickness, 49 ft 3 in by 39-3/8 in rolls covering about 150 sq ft, and ASTM D6163 Type I, UL Classified and FM Approved. Its product disclaimer warrants against manufacturing defects that directly result in leakage for 2 years.
