Elastoflex SA P FR is a self-adhered, granule-surfaced SBS modified bitumen cap sheet with fire retardant additives for low-slope roofing, made with Polyglass' ADESO dual-compound technology over a non-woven polyester reinforcement. It carries a SEALLap ULTRA granule-free self-adhesive side lap and a FASTLap granule-free end lap, and is used as the top ply over Elastoflex SA V, Elastoflex SA V Plus or other film-surfaced Polyglass base sheets. The product data sheet (edition 05/26) lists a nominal thickness of 140 mils and an 87 lb roll with 100 square feet of net coverage, and lists UL Classified, FM Approved, ICC ESR-2018, FORTIFIED Roof Compliant, Florida Building Code, Miami-Dade County Approved, Texas Department of Insurance and HUD Materials Release 1320b.
