Elastoflex SA Base is a self-adhered SBS modified bitumen base or interply sheet for low-slope roofing, made with Polyglass' ADESO dual-compound technology, which places an SBS modified asphalt compound on the top layer and a self-adhesive SBS compound on the bottom, over a non-woven polyester mat. Its top surface is a film with pre-printed laylines and its underside a split release film. The product data sheet (edition 03/25) lists a nominal thickness of 100 mils, a 94.4 lb roll with 150 square feet of net coverage, application to approved insulation, cover boards and wood decks without a primer, and up to 90 days of exposure time. It lists UL Classified, FM Approved, Florida Building Code and Miami-Dade County Product Control Approved.
