Elastobase SA is a self-adhered SBS base ply for low-slope roofing made with ADESO dual-compound technology over a fiberglass mat, with a film top and a split release film bottom. It is designed as the base in stick-one torch-one systems with a heat-welded cap and is also approved in fully self-adhered systems, mainly for residential and light commercial low-slope roofs. The data sheet lists a nominal 65 mil thickness, 65 ft 8 in by 39-3/8 in rolls, and ASTM D1970, ASTM D4601 Type II, UL Classified and Florida Building Code. Its product disclaimer warrants against manufacturing defects that directly result in leakage for 2 years.
