Elastobase P is an SBS modified bitumen base or interply sheet reinforced with a non-woven polyester mat, offered film/film (EP20PP) or sand/film (EP20SP). It can be mechanically attached, hot-mopped, heat welded or set in cold adhesive, and with a film top it can serve as the base in self-adhered systems. The data sheet lists a nominal 87 mil thickness, 65 ft 8 in by 39-3/8 in rolls covering about 200 sq ft, and ASTM D6164 Type I Grade S, UL Classified, FM Approved, ICC ESR-2018, Florida Building Code, Miami-Dade County and Texas Department of Insurance listings. Its product disclaimer warrants against manufacturing defects that directly result in leakage for 2 years.
