Pre-glazed modular skylight units (Skylight System 71-TG) built as multiple acrylic domes or pyramids in a single frame, factory assembled, welded and shipped as a unit, then joined in the field with split mullion covers, gaskets and fasteners. Frames, mullions and mullion covers are extruded or sheet aluminum in mill finish with stainless steel exposed fasteners, an interior condensation gutter system, and acrylic glazing specified to support a 40 psf live load, single or double glazed, set on continuous EPDM gaskets with butyl sealant. Units are custom sized, with standard-size tandem and pyramid grid modules; curbs, supports and flashings are by others.
