Factory-assembled acrylic unit skylights with extruded aluminum frames, single or double glazed, offered as domes (Models 100, 101 and thermally broken 197), pyramids (Models 120 and 121), octagons (Models 110 and 111) and circular domes on an integral insulated aluminum curb 4 in. or 9 in. high (Models 800 to 803). The square and rectangular units are made for curbs by others or as self-flashing units on a 9 in. insulated double wall aluminum curb with 1-1/2 in. polyisocyanurate (Models 208, 209 and thermally broken 297) or a 4 in. single wall non-insulated curb with a 3 in. sloping roof flange (Models 204 and 205). The dome and Model 204/205 specifications call for acrylic glazing in clear, white translucent or bronze to support a uniform 40 psf load, and the frames carry a 6 degree sloping condensation gutter with weepage. Standard sizes run from 2424 to 7272, with custom sizes available.
