The PHP Walkway is an elevated rooftop walkway that directs foot traffic off the roofing membrane. It is built from splice, straight and corner substructure assemblies on polypropylene bases, carrying 20 foot spans of either 18 gauge hot-dip galvanized steel planking (12 x 2.5 inch sections, traction-grip surface) or serrated 1 inch carbon steel bar grating, with optional factory-prepared handrails. It installs directly on the roof without penetrations or flashings on contractor-supplied isolation pads that need not be adhered to the membrane, and is offered for seismic and high-wind applications.
