The PP10 is a non-penetrating rooftop pipe support offered with a roller, with a channel, or with a channel and hanger. The PP10 with Roller carries pipes up to 3-1/2 inch OD (the spec sheet names gas lines) at heights not exceeding 16 inches on a 3 inch cast iron roller and a 10 x 16 x 3 inch polypropylene base weighing 5-1/2 lbs, with 1/2 inch rod in 4 to 16 inch lengths; the channel-and-hanger version is listed for pipes up to 2-1/2 inch OD. It installs without roof penetrations, flashings or damage to the roofing material, on roofs from flat up to 2 in 12 slope, and sits on contractor-supplied isolation pads. Bases are injection-molded high-density, high-impact black polypropylene with UV inhibitors and antioxidants (55.8 lb/cu ft), rod and hardware are hot-dip galvanized or 304 stainless steel, and seismic and high-wind versions are offered.
