Insulated metal standing-seam roof panel with a continuously poured-in-place polyisocyanurate foam core (nominal R-8 per inch), 42-inch coverage, 2.5 to 6-inch thickness and lengths from 12 to 53 feet. The exterior joint is a 2-inch tee-shaped rib with a mechanically seamed batten over an offset tongue-and-groove interior joint; exterior skins are 26, 24 or 22 gauge Galvalume or G90 steel, and minimum slope is 1/2:12.
