Nailable roof insulation composite panel with a closed-cell polyisocyanurate foam core faced with a fiber-reinforced facer on one side and 7/16 or 5/8 inch OSB on the other, or bonded off-line to 5/8 or 3/4 inch plywood. It is made in thicknesses of 1.5 to 4 inches of foam (LTTR R-6.3 to R-21.1 with 7/16 inch OSB) in ASTM C1289 Type V, Grade 2 (20 psi), for standing seam metal, heavyweight shingle, tile, slate and single-ply roofs in new and re-roof work. The sales sheet lists FM 4450 and FM 4470 Class 1 insulated steel deck approval, an SH-1 and VSH hail rating, UL 1256 and UL 263 classifications, ICC-ES ESR-1608 and Florida Product Approval FL 5968.
