Self-adhering, high-temperature roofing underlayment: a 40-mil rubberized asphalt membrane with a black or white polyolefin composite film surface and factory anti-skid coating, rated to resist temperatures up to 250 F without adhesive degradation. It comes in 36-inch by 66-foot rolls (198 square feet) with a split-release film and an exposed asphalt bead at the lap edge, for ice-dam and wind-driven-rain protection at critical areas or over the whole deck. The info sheet lists ASTM D1970, ICC-ES ESR-2206, Florida Product Approval 6785, Miami-Dade product control approval and UL 790 / ASTM E108 Class A fire resistance; sunlight exposure is limited to 60 days for black and 180 days for white.
