Roof curbs made to match a specific ribbed or standing seam metal roof panel and slope, sized for the rooftop equipment they carry. They are built of heavy-gauge Galvalume with seams welded watertight and treated with rust inhibitor, rigid fiberglass insulation, a closed-cell foam gasket on the top flange and butyl tape supplied for sealing the curb to the panel. The PC-2MB-1 is a one-piece straight-sided design with welded ribs and the PC-2MB-3 a one-piece design with flat flanges and optional loose ribs; options include a diverter or cricket to channel water and snow around the curb, rib caps, support channels spanning two or three purlins, and versions for skylights, smoke vents and roof hatches.
