Curb adapters for rooftop unit replacement that transition from an existing roof curb to a new RTU, extend a curb higher for added insulation, or accommodate RTU filters. Standard construction is heavy- gauge galvalume steel with continuously welded and mitered corner seams, internal reinforcement and an integral base plate; most (not all) adapters are fully insulated. Models include the PC-AR reducer, PC-AI increaser, PC-AFC filter curb adapter with a hinged access door, PC-EXT extension curb, and uninsulated quick-ship PC-AR(QS) and PC-AI(QS) versions that ship in 1-2 days. Options include galvanized steel, stainless steel or aluminum, damper shelf, removable access doors and vents.
